SHIPPING POLICY
The US Postal Service is Phil Haugen Horsemanship’s preferred shipper.
Please allow 2-7 days for standard USPS Ground Shipping. Contact us directly for alternative express shipping options. USPS is the ONLY shipping method available from Phil Haugen Horsemanship.
• All items ordered after 12:00pm noon Central Standard Time will be processed the next business day
• All items ordered on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed the next business day
• Oklahoma residents' orders will be subject to sales tax

RETURN POLICY
The following terms apply to returns:
1. If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, you may return unused, re-sellable merchandise WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A REPLACEMENT (IF IN STOCK), STORE CREDIT OR A FULL REFUND. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Refunds are made for the full purchase price paid. No restocking fees apply.
3. Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment. If originally paid by check or credit cards via an offline order, please allow up to 10 business days for bank clearance.
4. All returns require prior approval and your order number clearly written on the outside of the returned package. The order number can be referenced on your invoice and/or confirmation e-mail received from us. If you cannot find your reference on your invoice, please e-mail, call, fax or write us to obtain it.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address listed above.
